Special Event Guidelines & Rules of Conduct


Suggested guidelines for your event:

Generally speaking, events that have a thematic connection to the 50's & 60's are considered more favourable however, we will consider any event deemed practical and appropriate to this venue. 

Mandatory Conditions & Rules of Conduct:

- For Organizers:

You must have a designated "Event Organizer" that participates in all planning, and is present on the day of your event.  The Management considers this person responsible for the conduct of the event staff and participants.  This person must be easy to contact before, during, and after an event.

​The Event Organizer must make all participants aware of the "Mandatory Rules of Conduct", and enforce these rules, as necessary.  The designated Event Organizer will have to sign a document that indicates awareness of these rules and responsibilities, prior to the event.

- For event Participants (including organizers & their staff):

Excessive noise and rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated!  This includes, but is not limited to:

      - Use of foul language.
      - Excessively loud music from car stereos or portable devices.
      - Any excessive crowd or equipment noise deemed disruptive to our neighbours.
      - Abusive behaviour toward restuarant staff, event organizers, or the general public.

Please Note:

The Management reserves the right to terminate any event that does not abide by the "Rules of Conduct", or for any other reason that threatens life, limb, or property.

Use of our facilities, is at your own risk!

e will not assume any responsibility for loss, damage, or personal injury while on site.


Remember…  excessive noise, rowdy, or abusive behaviour, will result in event termination!
